To use SuperVGA video modes in MS-DOS, you must install video drivers to access these modes. For SunShow products, there are two types of drivers for most of the video cards that we support: native video drivers that address the video chipset directly and VESA-compatible drivers that use the VESA interface available on most video cards. The distribution file, DRIVERS.EXE, is a self-extracting ZIPfile containing our video drivers and the installation utility, SETUP.EXE. Run SETUPDRV.EXE in the same sub-directory that contains the drivers. It will attempt to auto-detect the installed video card. This is successfull for about 40% of all SVGA cards due to no standards, no "plug n; play" identification on most cards. If SETUPDRV fails, you must physically identify the SVGA card and the amount of video memory. Refer to our readme file contained in DRIVERS.EXE and to video card manufacturer's documentation.
